In Spring 2021, I worked with members of the United Front Against Displacement to organize a Truth Commission on RAD/PACT. During the event, 15 residents – half from NYC, and half from other cities including Boston, Minneapolis and the Bay Area gave testimony to the experiences living in buildings that had converted from public to private management.
